I would like to sincerely thank our driver for picking us up at the airport last week. His service was wonderful and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs transportation.
I found out that there would be a tube strike in London and I didn’t know how to get to my hotel from the airport. I decided that it was better to hire a taxi instead of taking the Heathrow express. That was the best decision I’ve made in my whole trip! I emailed Airport24 and got an immediate reply. I was very surprised because I booked it less than 24 hours before the pickup time.
Mohammed emailed me to confirm the pickup time and location. I never had a chance to ask my driver’s name, but I assumed that it was Mohammed who emailed me – I just know that our driver was from Portugal. I wanted to extend my thanks to him because he was so professional and courteous the whole time. He picked us up on time and helped me with my heavy luggage. He even drove more than two hours to the city because of all the traffic and didn’t charge us more. This was our first time in London and he gave us a good impression of how wonderful the people are here.
